Gin and Tonic

  • 1/2 ounce grenadine syrup

  • 1 cherry
  • ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in the tequila and orange juice.
  3. Slowly pour the grenadine syrup down the side of the glass. It should sink to the bottom and gradually rise up through the drink, creating a sunrise effect.
  4. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
  5. Stir the drink gently to combine the ingredients, then serve.

Amaretto Sour

  • 50ml of Amaretto
  • 30ml of lemon juice
  • 15ml of sugar syrup
  • A dash of Angostura Bitters
  • One egg white and ice

 

Grab a shaker and add the Amaretto, lemon juice, syrup and egg white and shake for 20 seconds.

Fill the shaker three-quarters full of ice and shake for another 20 seconds.

Once everything is shaken and cold, strain the concoction into a glass, add a dash of the bitters on top and finish with the garnishes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz bourbon or rye
  • 1/2 oz Aperol
  • 3/4 oz Nux Alpina Walnut Liqueur
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions: Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice, stir, and strain over one large cube in a rocks glass. Add aromatic garnish with Allspice liqueur and orange oil.

  • 2-3 dash Worcestershire sauce

    Tabasco, pepper and celery salt after prefernce Stir gently into a highball glass and garnish with celery stick and lemon wedge.

  • 1 1⁄2 oz. citron vodka

  • 1⁄2 oz. Cointreau

  • 1⁄2 oz. fresh lime juice

  • 1oz. cranberry juice

    Shake all ingredients in shaker filled with ice. Strain into large cocktail glass. Garnish with lime wheel.

    Garnish with maraschino cherry.

  3. Garnish with an orange peel.
